OUTDOOR BBQ AREA
The outdoor BBQ area is the center of our entertainment during summer and spring. We call it "the altar" since it does not matter what religion you practice, you will end up 'worshiping' this place and all of the delicious meals coming out of it. In the true Croatian way a whole pork or lamb will be roasted on a spit, or slow cooked veal or octopus in the cast iron oven covered by charcoals . But if you are a fan of a more classical approach you can use our grill (with charcoals or gas) but you must follow the local customs and try a shot of "rakija" (local plum schnapps) whilst waiting for the meal to be cooked. Don't forget the pizza wood oven and a thousand ways of preparing pizza, small bread and other baked goodies...
